iWOC Nursing Foundation

iWOC Nursing Foundation is a non-profit organization staffed by Board-certified wound and ostomy nurses.  We have volunteered our specialized services to help you access quality, evidence-based care. This service organization was birthed out of a desire and passion to positively impact the disparity between the often complex needs of patients with wounds and/or ostomies and the quality of care they receive in the post-acute setting. Our goal is to use communication, knowledge, and skill as bridge to quality care.
